Habakkuk 3

Dale Moore begins a study of Habakkuk 3, opening with the prophet's prayer and his fear at hearing from God, then his plea for God to revive His work. He works through prayers in Psalms 7, 86, and 90, the fear of God's word seen in Pharaoh's servants in Exodus 9, Josiah's tender heart in 2 Kings 22 and 2 Chronicles 34, and Jehoiakim burning the scroll in Jeremiah 36, urging hearers to let the Bible convict them rather than close it. He then turns to verse 3 and the second advent, showing from Acts 1, Deuteronomy 33, Judges 5, and Numbers 20 that the Lord's return begins at Sinai and follows the king's highway.
