Dale Moore continues his study through Habakkuk, working verse by verse through the opening of chapter 3, covering the prophet's prayer for revival and mercy, God's brightness described as light, the horns of power in His hand, and the shaking of the nations and mountains before Him. He draws in Exodus, Psalms 18, Isaiah 40, and Zechariah 14 to show God's power over darkness and judgment, and reminds believers that as kings and priests we are given a book that tells us how to rule and how to stay clean. He closes with practical encouragement to keep praying, keep going to church even when you do not feel like it, and keep handing out gospel tracts, since we never know who God will save through them.

And his brightness was as the light; he had horns coming out of his hand: and there was the hiding of his power. Before him went the pestilence, and burning coals went forth at his feet. He stood, and measured the earth: he beheld, and drove asunder the nations; and the everlasting mountains were scattered, the perpetual hills did bow: his ways are everlasting. …”
