Eternal security is the only logical truth

Jonathan Pennington · January 25, 2026 · 12:15 PM service

Jonathan Pennington lays out a logical proof for the eternal security of the believer, showing that this doctrine is both biblical and reasonable. Drawing from Galatians, Titus, John, Romans, and Jude, he explains that if any single sin could cost you your salvation then every sin would, that a good Father never abandons His children, and that everlasting life which could end was never everlasting at all. He warns that to believe salvation can be lost is to believe in a works based salvation and to call God a liar.

“Stand fast therefore in the liberty wherewith Christ hath made us free, and be not entangled again with the yoke of bondage. Behold, I Paul say unto you, that if ye be circumcised, Christ shall profit you nothing. For I testify again to every man that is circumcised, that he is a debtor to do the whole law. Christ is become of no effect unto you, whosoever of you are justified by the law; ye are fallen from grace.”
Galatians 5:1-4 (KJV)
